The thing that gets most children and adults excited is that you often see the Disney characters just wondering around the park. There is also the Disneyland band which is almost always on the main street. There’s the famous Fantasmic!, a popular multimedia night-time show on the Rivers of America. It is currently being refurbished but should be re-opening in May of this year.

Disney is almost as famous for its characters as it is its fireworks. They get more extravagant each year. And then of course there are the parades which happen several times during the day and night. They celebrate a particular film of the moment or a character. The most popular parade has to be the Main Street Electrical Parade. More recently Disney have developed a street event known as Celebrate!- A Street Party.
